National Scrapbook Day, May 7, 2011

Come join us Saturday, May 7 for our National Scrapbooking Day Crop.  

For only $15 you can crop for 14 hours from 10am - midnight and get lunch, Dinner & Prizes.  What a great way to spend the day before Mother's Day. Seating is Limited to 12.  We will also announce the winner of the Vagabond Machine during the crop.

Home is Where the Art is..., April 16, 10am-1pm, $50

Display your memories in your home in a unique and artful way! Use it as an accordion book, display it standing on a table or shelf or even hang it over a doorway...so many possibilities with this project!

You'll be working with some gorgeous papers from My Mind's Eye and then choosing your own color palette from a variety of mediums from Tattered Angels and Ranger to suit your own style while learning the techniques. In addition, you will explore metal art techniques using Ten Seconds Studio tools and molds to add extra special effects and beauty to this work of ART!

Glazed Metal Effects. April 16, 2:30pm-6:30pm, $55

Take metal art to the next level by adding layers of gorgeous color! We'll be combining metal and tools from Ten Seconds Studio with the latest and greatest from Tattered Angels...all on a double canvas wall hanging. During class you'll explore a variety of techniques including different paint applications, embossing metal and using glazing mediums in unique ways. You'll be amazed at how easy it can be to create stunning artistic effects!
