Mini Book for a Victorian Tea Bridal Shower

Hi everyone.  Just wanted to share book I finished for a woman giving her daughter a Victorian Tea Bridal Shower.  This woman collects antique tea sets and is giving away a cup and saucer to each guest as the favor.  She asked me to create a special book for her to give to her daughter to remember the occasion.  There is an invitation page, 7 pages with images of different vintage tea cups. The tea bag tags are for each guest to write a sentiment for the bride-to-be.  I used the Silhouette Machine to create the tags and I used Tim Holtz's Tiny Attacher stapler to attach the string.  It worked great.  The staples are nice and tiny. There are also eight pages for the bride to be to record the gifts she received.

For the actual book I used an 8x8 Cover-All from Bind-it-All.  These are great if you don't want to see the wire binding.  I did use paper to cover the entire book cover.  For the inside I used chipboard that I covered and then bound with the Bind-it-All.  The papers used to create the book are from digital images.

Although it is hard to see the pink flowers, teapot and canister are all dimensional.  I fussy cut all the petals of the flowers and then popped them with pieces of pop dots.  The cream flowers on the cover are the flowers from Petaloo that I just got in the store.  Aren't they just gorgeous!

Here are some pictures of the finished product. I'd love to know what you think.

Great! Heard a lot about perfect planning and minor preparations to be done for such Victorian showers. My cousin is also super excited for her big day. Really busy shopping and engrossed in her saloon appointments. I think one of the well known wedding venues NYC is already booked online. Will ask her regarding theme and color schemes used to make the day memorable.
